Return Policy

We stand behind the gear we sell. This policy covers purchases, rentals, and repair services from Yollghu Selects.

Purchased Equipment

Unused equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery. This window applies specifically to DJ equipment given its resale sensitivity, in line with standard industry practice.

Items must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, with all cables, manuals, and accessories included.
Returns that are opened but complete and like-new are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns missing parts, showing signs of use, or in non-resalable condition may be refused or subject to a higher fee, at our discretion.
A Return Authorization is required before shipping any item back. Contact us via our Contact page to request one.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping. Beyond that window, manufacturer warranty coverage applies.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Rental Equipment

Rental gear is covered by the terms agreed to at booking, not this return policy. Rental items must be returned by the agreed date in the condition they were issued; damage beyond normal wear may be charged separately. To arrange a rental, use our Rental & Repair Request page.

Repair Services

Repair diagnostic fees and completed repair work are non-refundable once service has begun. If a quoted repair is declined before work starts, only the diagnostic fee (if applicable) applies.
